400g of carrot spaghetti.
100g of bacon cut into thin strips.
250g of single cream.
80g of grated parmesan cheese.
Salt, pepper and parsley.

1. Add water to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add some salt and the carrot spaghetti and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and put to one side.
2. In a frying pan cook the bacon until it turns brown then add the cream and allow to thicken for a few minutes.
3. Add the carrot spaghetti to the mix from above and season.
4. Serve and sprinkle grated cheese and parsley over the top to decorate.
