POTATO SPIRALS WITH IBERIAN SERRANO HAM AND FRIED EGGS WITH BROKEN YOLKS





INGREDIENTS:
600 grammes of potato spirals
4 fresh eggs
80g of Iberian serrano ham
40g of Iberian chorizo
Olive oil, Maldon salt and paprika

PREPARATION:
1. Heat up some olive oil in a frying pan and once hot fry the potato spirals until they become crispy.
2. Fry the eggs.
3. Sauté the Iberian serrano ham and the chorizo.
4. Place the potato spirals, the Iberian serrano ham, the chorizo and the fried eggs in a dish and season with salt and sprinkle paprika on the eggs to decorate.
