INGREDIENTS:
600g of potato spirals
150g of chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic
Sweet red pepper paste
150g of chorizo
Olive oil, salt and paprika.

PREPARATION:
In a pot pour a little olive oil and fry the onion and the garlic lightly. When the onion begins to tun golden add the chorizo cut into pieces, a spoonful of paprika and the sweet red pepper paste and fry together lightly for a few segunds. Next add the the potato spirals, cover with water and allow to simmer until the potatos are tender.
