INGREDIENTS:
300g of potato spirals
200g of cod
80g of green pepper
50g of fresh onion
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil, salt and chopped parsley.

PREPARATION:
1. Cut the onions into cubes and the green pepper into strips. Add some olive oil to a pot and fry the onions and the green pepper together with the chopped parsley and the clove of garlic lightly for a few minutes and then add the potato spirals. Cover with water and cook on a low heat.
2. Cut the cod into 50g portions. Once the potato spirals are tender add the cod portions and allow to cook for a few minutes on a low heat. Put the lid on the pot and allow to stand for a few minutes.
