INGREDIENTS:
300g of celeriac spirals
2 tins of pickled mussels
Chopped parsley and Maldon salt.

PREPARATION:
1. Boil the celeriac spirals for 2 minutes. Cool down with cold water, drain and put to one side.
2. Mix the celeriac spirals with the pickled mussels and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Season with salt and the chopped parsley and serve.
