CHICKEN SALAD WITH BEETROOT SPIRALS


INGREDIENTS:
200g of beetroot spirals
100g of apple
200g of roasted chicken breast
50g of lettuce cut into thin strips
Mayonnaise, mustard, spring onions and pepper.

PREPARATION:
1. Add water to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add a little salt and cook the beetroot spirals for 2 minutes. Cool down with cold water, drain and put to one side.
2. Wash the apple and cut into small cubes. Cut the roasted chicken breast into strips.
3. Put the mayonnaise, the mustard, the spring onion and the pepper in a bowl and mix together to make the sauce.
4. Serve first the lettuce mixed with the apple, on top place the strips of roasted chicken breast and the sauce and then on top of this place the beetroot spirals.
